Packet GENERAL qualifies each partner in order to best match the partner's capabilities with the various program characteristics. Each program is designed to leverage a partner's specific expertise in an industry or service, and rewards the marketing and selling efforts of Packet GENERAL products. Partners can be qualified as:
- Packet-CSP - Channel Services Partner
This program is geared towards those partners who want to resell Packet GENERAL's products and services, but are not set up to provide on-going support service on their own.
- Packet-BSP - Business Services Partner
This program leverages the partner's infrastructure and capabilities to provide first- and second-tier support in a quick and diligent manner.
- Packet-OEM - OEM Solutions Partner
This program is designed for our partners who want to sell their own software solution on our platform.
